Renderman (RIS) Scene2016

My first contact with Pixar's Renderman API. Having previously done a cloth simulator, I decided to export OBJ models from it and render a bunch of flags. Being my first contact with the Renderman RIS API, it seemed like a good idea to start off with an object I already had.

It was not such a good idea. The decision to use a polygonal object instead of patches or subdivs brought with it an array of issues which, coupled with the short delivery time, hampered the project quite badly. Nevertheless, it was a interesting introduction to the Renderman API.
